بابايانيس هي منظمة مناصرة لـ LGBTQI في الفلبين عملت لأكثر من 25 عامًا لتعزيز المساواة والضغط من أجل قانون وطني لمكافحة التمييز. تدير برامج تشمل SIKAT (المناصرة)، وتعليم SOGIESC وحقوق الإنسان، وزمالة المساواة لتنظيم المجتمع. كما تحتفظ بمركز موارد يسمى balangaw.ph يجمع الأبحاث المجتمعية والمعلومات الأكاديمية حول مواضيع المثليين.
