كوك لايدن هو فرع إقليمي لمنظمة كوك هولندا يدافع عن مجتمع المثليين ومزدوجي الميلاد الجنسي والمتحولين جنسياً في لايدن والمناطق المحيطة بها. ينظمون أنشطة اجتماعية، ويقدمون التعليم في المدارس، ويعملون مع المنظمات المحلية لوضع قضايا مجتمع الميم+ على الأجندات السياسية. يديرون مكاناً يسمى دي كرون للفعاليات والتجمعات.
