Cohort هي منظمة غير حكومية أوكرانية توحد الأشخاص المتحولين جنسيًا في أوكرانيا لضمان الوصول المتساوي إلى خدمات الرعاية الصحية والظهور وحماية الحقوق من قبل المجتمع نفسه. تقدم المنظمة معلومات ودعمًا حول التحول الجندري، وتدافع عن إزالة الوصمة عن الأمراض النفسية، وتعمل على الانتقال إلى التصنيف الدولي للأمراض ICD-11 في أوكرانيا.
