Equal Ground هي منظمة غير ربحية في سريلانكا تدافع عن الحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية والمدنية والسياسية لمجتمع LGBTIQ. تأسست في عام 2004، وهي أقدم منظمة من نوعها في البلاد وتوفر مساحة آمنة للأفراد من مجتمع LGBTIQ، وتقدم الدعم للرفاهية النفسية والتمكين والوصول إلى الصحة والتعليم والسكن والحماية القانونية.
