Espace Santé Trans هي جمعية تعزز صحة الأشخاص المتحولين جنسياً و/أو غير الثنائيين، وتقع في إيل دو فرانس. تجمع بين ناشطين متحولين جنسياً وسيسجندر ومهنيين صحيين لمعالجة الاحتياجات والصعوبات المحددة التي يواجهها الأشخاص المتحولون جنسياً في الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية. تقدم المنظمة مجموعات دعم، واستشارات نفسية، ووساطة صحية، وتدريباً للمهنيين الصحيين.
