حركة حراس المساواة (GEM) هي أول منظمة LGBTQIA+ في سوريا، وتعمل في سوريا والدول المجاورة. أسسها ويقودها ناشطون سوريون ومدافعون عن حقوق الإنسان وناجون وضحايا من مجتمع LGBTQIA+، وتهدف إلى منع تكرار المعاناة والانتهاكات وحماية الآخرين. تقدم المنظمة الدعم والدعوة والحملات استجابة للأزمات التي تؤثر على المجتمع.
