مركز ICS هو منظمة فيتنامية تمكّن مجتمع LGBTI+ من أجل الفخر والمساواة. يوفر خدمات استشارية، ودعوة اجتماعية وقانونية، وبرامج لبناء القدرات مثل دورات ViLEAD. كما يدير المركز ICS Hub، وهو مقهى ومكتبة لاستضافة الفعاليات المجتمعية وتوفير الموارد.
