IGY هي حركة الشباب والشابات LGBTQ الوحيدة في إسرائيل، وتعمل منذ عام 2002. تدير مجموعات أسبوعية، ونوادٍ للشباب، وبرامج قيادية، وفرص سنة خدمة في جميع أنحاء البلاد، مما يؤثر على أكثر من 45,000 شاب وشابة وأولياء أمور ومعلمين وخريجين سنويًا. توفر المنظمة مجموعات مخصصة للأفراد المتحولين جنسيًا، والمتحدثين بالعربية، والمثليين والمثليات المتدينين، وأعضاء LGBTQ من المجتمع الإثيوبي.
