Kampania Przeciw Homofobii (KPH) هي منظمة بولندية تدافع عن حقوق مجتمع LGBT+ على المستويين الوطني والدولي من خلال الدعوة السياسية والتقاضي الاستراتيجي ودعم حركة LGBT+. تهدف إلى بناء بولندا ذات حقوق متساوية حيث تكون الاحترام والكرامة مضمونين بغض النظر عن التوجه الجنسي والهوية الجندرية والخصائص الجنسية. كما توفر المنظمة الموارد والدعم للمساعدة النفسية والقانونية.
