حركة الهوية المتحولة (MIT) هي واحدة من أهم وأقدم جمعيات LGBTQ+ في إيطاليا، ومقرها في بولونيا. تقدم الدعم النفسي من خلال خدمة الاستشارات الخاصة بها، ومشروع الحد من الضرر للعاملين في مجال الجنس يسمى Via Luna، ومكتب مساعدة للمهاجرين من مجتمع LGBT+. تدير المنظمة أيضًا مراكز لمكافحة التمييز والعنف، وتوفر الدعم القانوني، وتدافع عن حقوق المتحولين جنسياً.
