تدعم Queer Base اللاجئين من مجتمع LGBTIQ الذين فروا إلى النمسا، وتقدم جلسات استشارية حول قضايا اللجوء وقضايا LGBTIQ. يقدمون المشورة بشأن الأمور القانونية والاجتماعية وقضايا الإفصاح عن الهوية، ويحيلون العملاء إلى خبراء للشؤون الطبية والنفسية، ويرتبون السكن لطالبي اللجوء. كما يقدمون تدريبات للمنظمات المشاركة في نظام اللجوء ويستضيفون مقهى أسبوعياً.
