Rise OUT هي منظمة شعبية تدعم مجتمع LGBTQ في ياش، رومانيا. تنظم مهرجان ياش برايد، وتحتفظ بقاعدة بيانات للمتخصصين الصديقين لمجتمع LGBTI، وتشجع على إجراء اختبارات مجانية ومجهولة وسرية لفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية والزهري والتهاب الكبد B وC في مركز Checkpoint ARAS Iași، وهو مركز مخصص للرجال الذين يمارسون الجنس مع الرجال والأشخاص المتحولين جنسياً.
