ShoutOut هي مؤسسة خيرية مسجلة تعزز شمول LGBTQI+ من خلال التعليم، وتقدم ورش عمل في المدارس وأماكن العمل ومقدمي الخدمات في جميع أنحاء جزيرة أيرلندا. منذ عام 2012، أجرت أكثر من 2800 ورشة عمل للطلاب، ووصلت إلى أكثر من 84000 طالب، وتوفر أيضًا تدريبًا للمعلمين وأولياء الأمور والعاملين مع الشباب. تقدم المنظمة موارد مثل أدلة حول المصطلحات وقضايا المتحولين جنسياً وغير ثنائيي الجنس وتجارب التنوع العصبي.
