تاهفوز درسغاه هو أول ملجأ ومركز تعليمي في باكستان مخصص حصرياً لأطفال المتحولين جنسياً (خواجة سرا)، تأسس في لاهور من قبل هيئة المناهج والاعتماد البريطانية (UKCAB) بالتعاون مع شرطة البنجاب. يوفر التعليم والإقامة والرعاية الطبية والدعم النفسي والتدريب المهني لتمكين الطلاب أكاديمياً وشخصياً. كما تنظم المنظمة ورش عمل لتدريب على ريادة الأعمال للأفراد المتحولين جنسياً في ملتان.
