جمعية الشباب المتسامح (TJA) هي منظمة ليتوانية تعزز التسامح وحقوق LGBTQ+. تنظم فعاليات مثل برايد هاوس، وتوفر وحدات تدريبية للعاملين مع الشباب حول مواضيع مثل الكراهية عبر الإنترنت والرفاهية الرقمية، وتنفذ مشاريع لتعزيز مشاركة الشباب في الحوكمة الديمقراطية. كما تدافع الجمعية عن حقوق الإنسان والمساواة، كما يتضح من اجتماعاتها مع المسؤولين الحكوميين ودعمها للمدافعين عن حقوق الإنسان.
