ترانس-إيدنت إي.في. هي منظمة مساعدة ذاتية غير ربحية تدعم الأشخاص ذوي الاختلافات في الهوية الجندرية (ترانس*/غير ثنائي) أو التطور الجنسي (إنتر*). تقدم لقاءات جماعية، وموائد منتظمة، واستشارات عبر الهاتف أو شخصياً أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني لمن يطلبون المساعدة وأقاربهم وأصدقائهم. توفر المنظمة أيضاً محاضرات وتدريبات وورش عمل للمؤسسات التعليمية والمدارس والجمعيات والشركات.
