مبادرة شباب الترانس في أوغندا تدافع عن حقوق ورفاهية الشابات الترانس من المناطق الريفية، والعاملين في الجنس من الشباب الترانس، والشباب متنوعي النوع الاجتماعي في أوغندا، مع التركيز على غرب أوغندا. تأسست المنظمة في ديسمبر 2017، وتدافع عن الصحة وحقوق الإنسان، وتقدم خدمات صحية شاملة، وتشارك في البحث وتطوير القيادة وبناء الحركة.
