Transbefrienders هي منظمة مقرها سنغافورة تأسست عام 2019 على يد أفراد متحولين جنسياً لتوفير رعاية شاملة وسهلة المنال للأشخاص المتحولين جنسياً ومتنوعي النوع الاجتماعي. تركز المنظمة على الدعم من الأقران، وتقدم مجموعة دعم، وخدمات صداقة، وبرامج توعية مجتمعية لسد الفجوات في أنظمة الدعم المهني. كما تدير المنظمة برامج تعليمية ومبادرات تطوعية لتمكين الشباب وبناء الاعتماد على الذات.
