TransCore هي جمعية رومانية تأسست عام 2020 على يد أشخاص متحولين جنسياً وغير ثنائيي الجندر لدعم مجتمع المتحولين جنسياً. تقدم المنظمة معلومات وموارد حول التحول الطبي والإداري، وتدير مركزاً مجتمعياً في براشوف، وتقدم دعماً ونصائح يومية. كما تقوم المنظمة بتدريب المتخصصين وتتعاون مع جمعيات أخرى لتحسين الوصول إلى الرعاية الصحية.
