تدعم منظمة TransEstrie مجتمعات المتحولين جنسياً وغير ثنائيي الجندر في إستري من خلال إنشاء خدمات لهم وتمثيل مصالحهم لدى المؤسسات. تنظم المنظمة فعاليات وأنشطة، وتقدم تدريباً حول مواضيع LGBTQ+، وتوفر الوصول إلى مستلزمات تأكيد النوع الاجتماعي، وتساعد في تغيير الاسم القانوني وتحديد الجنس. خدماتهم حالياً مخفضة بسبب فريق أصغر.
