جمعية الشباب للتنمية (YAD) هي منظمة مجتمع مدني يقودها الشباب ومقرها كويتا، باكستان، تعمل في مجال حقوق الإنسان والتنمية المستدامة والقضايا الاجتماعية. تدير مشاريع للقضاء على التهاب الكبد، ودعم الصحة النفسية للأطفال اللاجئين الأفغان، وتنتج أفلاماً قصيرة حول مواضيع مثل زواج الأطفال وفيروس نقص المناعة البشرية/الإيدز. تخدم الجمعية المجتمعات في بلوشستان، وخاصة الشباب والنساء والفتيات.
