Cohort হল একটি ইউক্রেনীয় বেসরকারি সংস্থা যা ইউক্রেনের ট্রান্সজেন্ডার মানুষদের একত্রিত করে যাতে সম্প্রদায় নিজেই স্বাস্থ্যসেবা পরিষেবা, দৃশ্যমানতা এবং অধিকার সুরক্ষায় সমান অ্যাক্সেস নিশ্চিত করে। সংস্থাটি ট্রান্সজেন্ডার রূপান্তর সম্পর্কে তথ্য এবং সহায়তা প্রদান করে, ডিপ্যাথোলজিকরণের পক্ষে ওকালতি করে এবং ইউক্রেনে ICD-11-এ রূপান্তরের উপর কাজ করে।
