ওপেন ডোরস যুব সেবা কুইন্সল্যান্ডের একমাত্র নিবেদিত LGBTIQ+ সিস্টারগার্ল ও ব্রাদারবয় (LGBTQIASB+) যুব সেবা, যা ১২ থেকে ২৪ বছর বয়সী তরুণদের সহায়তা করে। এটি সামাজিক গ্রুপ, জীবিত অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন যুব কর্মীদের কাছ থেকে ব্যক্তিগত সহায়তা, বিনামূল্যে সমর্থনমূলক কাউন্সেলিং এবং পরিবার সহায়তা গ্রুপ প্রদান করে। সংস্থাটি LGBTQIASB+ তরুণদের ক্ষমতায়ন, মানসিক স্বাস্থ্যের ফলাফল উন্নত করা এবং তাদের অধিকার ও চাহিদার পক্ষে ওকালতি করার লক্ষ্য রাখে।
