যুব সমিতি ফর ডেভেলপমেন্ট (YAD) পাকিস্তানের কোয়েটায় অবস্থিত একটি যুব-নেতৃত্বাধীন সিভিল সোসাইটি সংগঠন, যা মানবাধিকার, টেকসই উন্নয়ন এবং সামাজিক সমস্যাগুলিতে কাজ করে। এটি হেপাটাইটিস নির্মূল, আফগান শরণার্থী শিশুদের মানসিক স্বাস্থ্য সহায়তা এবং শিশু বিবাহ ও HIV/AIDS-এর মতো বিষয়ে স্বল্পদৈর্ঘ্য চলচ্চিত্র নির্মাণের প্রকল্প চালায়। YAD বেলুচিস্তানের সম্প্রদায়গুলিতে, বিশেষত যুবক, মহিলা এবং মেয়েদের সেবা করে।
