Sie führt Projekte wie Bondhu Chula (energiesparende Öfen), klimafreundliche Landwirtschaft, Baumpflanzungen und solarbetriebene Trinkwasserversorgung durch. Die Organisation ist in ganz Bangladesch tätig und beschäftigt über 1.200 Mitarbeiter in mehr als 218 Büros.
