FSGMN ist ein nationales Netzwerk von LGBTIQA+-Organisationen in Nepal, gegründet 2007, mit 35 angeschlossenen gemeindebasierten Organisationen und 53 Büros in 32 Distrikten. Es zielt darauf ab, die Gesundheit und das Wohlbefinden von LGBTI-Menschen durch politische Interessenvertretung, Repräsentation und Kapazitätsaufbau zu verbessern. Der Verband arbeitet auch an Menschenrechtsschutz und inklusiven Wahlen.
