Die GLAS Foundation ist eine bulgarische LGBTQ+ Organisation, die sich für die Rechte von schwulen, lesbischen, bisexuellen und trans Personen einsetzt. Sie organisiert Veranstaltungen wie die Sofia Pride, führt Kampagnen gegen Hassrede und Diskriminierung durch und forscht zu öffentlichen Einstellungen. Die Stiftung unterstützt die Gemeinschaft außerdem durch Projekte, Künstlerresidenzen und Online-Plattformen.
