Das ICS Center ist eine vietnamesische Organisation, die die LGBTI+-Community für Stolz und Gleichberechtigung stärkt. Es bietet Beratungsdienste, soziale und rechtliche Interessenvertretung sowie Programme zum Kapazitätsaufbau wie die ViLEAD-Kurse. Das Zentrum betreibt auch den ICS Hub, ein Café- und Bibliotheksraum für Gemeinschaftsveranstaltungen und Ressourcen.
