Kampania Przeciw Homofobii (KPH) ist eine polnische Organisation, die sich auf nationaler und internationaler Ebene für die Rechte von LGBT+ einsetzt, durch politische Interessenvertretung, strategische Prozessführung und Unterstützung der LGBT+-Bewegung. Sie zielt darauf ab, ein Polen der gleichen Rechte aufzubauen, in dem Respekt und Würde unabhängig von sexueller Orientierung, Geschlechtsidentität und Geschlechtsmerkmalen garantiert sind. Die Organisation bietet auch Ressourcen und Unterstützung für psychologische und rechtliche Hilfe an.
