Lambda Polska ist eine Stiftung, die sich für trans und queere Menschen in ganz Polen einsetzt. Sie bietet psychologische und Krisenunterstützung für LGBT+-Personen und ihre Angehörigen, sowohl persönlich als auch online, und organisiert Selbsthilfegruppen und sichere Räume in Stettin. Die Stiftung plant und finanziert auch Transitionen, organisiert den Nationalen Tag der Transgender-Sichtbarkeit und ko-organisiert Equality Marches in kleineren Städten.
