Pohjois-Karjalan Seta ry ist eine Mitgliedsorganisation des nationalen Seta-Verbands und organisiert Regenbogenaktivitäten für sexuelle und geschlechtliche Minderheiten in der Region. Ihre Aktivitäten werden von STEA finanziert, und das Projekt läuft bis Juni 2027. Die Organisation bietet Gruppen, Beratung und einen Chat-Dienst an und führt auch Schulbesuche durch.
