Q-Space entwickelt queere Kultur in Estland, indem es Bildungsveranstaltungen, Festivals, Filmvorführungen, Diskussionen und Schulungen in Tallinn, Narva und Tartu organisiert. Es unterstützt die LGBTQI+-Gemeinschaft und ist offen für alle, die sich für queere Kultur und Menschenrechte interessieren. Die Organisation bietet auch Selbsthilfegruppen für LGBTQ+-Menschen in Narva an.
