Rise OUT ist eine basisdemokratische Organisation, die die LGBTQ-Gemeinschaft in Iași, Rumänien, unterstützt. Sie organisiert das Iași-Pride-Festival, pflegt eine Datenbank mit LGBTI-freundlichen Fachleuten und fördert kostenlose, anonyme und vertrauliche Tests auf HIV, Syphilis, Hepatitis B und C im Checkpoint ARAS Iași, einem Zentrum für Männer, die Sex mit Männern haben, und für trans Personen.
