T-Jong ist eine Jugendbewegung für transgender Jugendliche im Alter von 8 bis 30 Jahren, die mit Wel Jong verbunden ist. Sie organisiert Aktivitäten in ganz Flandern und ist in fünf Altersgruppen unterteilt. Die Organisation bietet Informationen für neue Mitglieder, Eltern und Forscher.
