The Gender Centre
The Gender Centre Inc. ist ein landesweites multidisziplinäres Exzellenzzentrum, das Dienstleistungen für die Transgender- und geschlechtsdiverse Gemeinschaft in New South Wales anbietet. Es bietet Unterkunft und Fallmanagement für Transgender-Personen, die obdachlos oder von Obdachlosigkeit bedroht sind, sowie Beratung, psychische Gesundheitsdienste, Bildung und Schulung, Gruppen und Ressourcen. Das Zentrum wird vom Sydney Local Health District und dem Department of Communities and Justice finanziert und vom Gesundheitsministerium unterstützt.
