TransCore ist ein rumänischer Verein, der 2020 von trans und nicht-binären Personen gegründet wurde, um die trans Gemeinschaft zu unterstützen. Er bietet Informationen und Ressourcen zur medizinischen und administrativen Transition, betreibt ein Gemeindezentrum in Brașov und bietet tägliche Unterstützung und Beratung an. Die Organisation schult auch Fachkräfte und arbeitet mit anderen Vereinen zusammen, um den Zugang zur Gesundheitsversorgung zu verbessern.
