Birmingham LGBT est une organisation caritative soutenant la communauté LGBTQ+ à Birmingham et au-delà. Elle propose des services incluant la santé sexuelle, le soutien aux victimes de violences domestiques, le conseil et le bien-être. L'organisation accueille également près de quarante groupes communautaires et bénévoles et offre un soutien spécialisé aux personnes trans, aux femmes lesbiennes et bisexuelles, ainsi qu'aux hommes sud-asiatiques et du Moyen-Orient.
