Equal Ground est une organisation à but non lucratif au Sri Lanka qui défend les droits économiques, sociaux, culturels, civils et politiques de la communauté LGBTIQ. Fondée en 2004, c'est la plus ancienne organisation de ce type dans le pays et elle offre un espace sûr pour les personnes LGBTIQ, fournissant un soutien au bien-être mental, à l'autonomisation et à l'accès à la santé, à l'éducation, au logement et à la protection juridique.
