La Hannchen-Mehrzweck-Stiftung (hms) est une fondation à but non lucratif basée à Berlin, fondée en 1991 par le Prof. Dr. Andreas Meyer-Hanno. Elle soutient des projets et initiatives d'organisations à but non lucratif qui renforcent la confiance en soi, l'identité et la marge de manœuvre des personnes LGBTIQ* par le biais d'un travail éducatif. La fondation se considère comme un partenaire dans un réseau d'initiatives dirigées par des personnes LGBTIQ, contribuant à l'émancipation et à la réduction de la discrimination.
