Rise OUT est une organisation communautaire de base soutenant la communauté LGBTQ à Iași, en Roumanie. Elle organise le festival Iași Pride, tient une base de données de spécialistes amis des LGBTI, et promeut des tests gratuits, anonymes et confidentiels pour le VIH, la syphilis, l'hépatite B et C au Checkpoint ARAS Iași, un centre dédié aux hommes ayant des rapports sexuels avec des hommes et aux personnes trans.
