TransCore est une association roumaine fondée en 2020 par des personnes trans et non binaires pour soutenir la communauté trans. Elle fournit des informations et des ressources sur la transition médicale et administrative, gère un centre communautaire à Brașov et offre un soutien et des conseils quotidiens. L'organisation forme également des spécialistes et collabore avec d'autres associations pour améliorer l'accès aux soins de santé.
