TransEstrie soutient les communautés trans et non binaires de l'Estrie en créant des services pour elles et en représentant leurs intérêts auprès des institutions. Ils organisent des événements et des activités, offrent des formations sur les sujets LGBTQ+, donnent accès à des articles d'affirmation de genre et aident aux changements légaux de nom et de désignation de sexe. Leurs services sont temporairement réduits en raison d'une équipe plus petite.
