मितिनी नेपाल एक गैर-सरकारी संगठन है जो 2005 से LBT पहचान वाली महिलाओं के अधिकारों और गरिमा के लिए काम कर रहा है। यह नेपाल में LGBTI अधिकारों की वकालत करता है, जिसमें समुदाय-आधारित वकालत, क्षमता निर्माण और कलंक तथा भेदभाव को कम करने के लिए जागरूकता बढ़ाने पर ध्यान केंद्रित किया जाता है। यह संगठन नेपाल के कई प्रांतों में काम करता है, यौन और लैंगिक अल्पसंख्यकों को सहायता प्रदान करता है और सुरक्षित स्थान बनाता है।
