SAATHII (सॉलिडैरिटी एंड एक्शन अगेंस्ट द HIV इंफेक्शन इन इंडिया) भारत में HIV/AIDS और संबंधित स्वास्थ्य मुद्दों पर काम करने वाला एक गैर-लाभकारी संगठन है। यह मातृ एवं शिशु स्वास्थ्य, LGBTIQ+ स्वास्थ्य और अधिकार, कैदियों के लिए स्वास्थ्य सुविधा, स्वास्थ्य के लिए प्रौद्योगिकी, जोखिम वाली आबादी के लिए HIV/STI सेवाएं, और COVID-19 प्रभाव को कम करने पर कार्यक्रम चलाता है। यह केस स्टडी, दिशानिर्देश, नीतियों और परामर्श हेल्पलाइन के साथ एक ऑनलाइन संसाधन केंद्र भी प्रदान करता है।
