TWEET फाउंडेशन भारत में पंजीकृत एक ट्रांसजेंडर-नेतृत्व वाला सामुदायिक संगठन है, जो नई दिल्ली और मुंबई में स्थित है, जिसकी स्थापना 2015 में सात ट्रांस कार्यकर्ताओं द्वारा की गई थी। इसका उद्देश्य ट्रांसजेंडर समुदाय, विशेष रूप से ट्रांसमेन को सशक्त बनाना है, सामुदायिक निर्माण, क्षमता निर्माण, स्वास्थ्य पहल और वकालत के माध्यम से। फाउंडेशन लिंग-पुष्टि देखभाल, मानसिक स्वास्थ्य सहायता, कौशल विकास, शैक्षिक ऋण, आश्रय सहायता, रोजगार सहायता और एक हेल्पलाइन जैसी सेवाएं प्रदान करता है।
