Rise OUT è un'organizzazione di base che supporta la comunità LGBTQ a Iași, in Romania. Organizza il festival Iași Pride, mantiene un database di specialisti LGBTI-friendly e promuove test gratuiti, anonimi e confidenziali per HIV, Sifilide, Epatite B e C presso Checkpoint ARAS Iași, un centro dedicato a uomini che fanno sesso con uomini e persone trans.
