Aleanca Kundër Diskriminimit të LGBT (Aleanca LGBT) is een Albanese organisatie die opkomt voor de rechten van LGBTI+ personen. Het monitort de uitvoering van nationale actieplannen, voert studies uit naar barrières waarmee LGBTI-studenten worden geconfronteerd en organiseert evenementen zoals Tirana Pride. De organisatie biedt ook ondersteuningsdiensten, waaronder een opvanghuis genaamd 'Streha'.
