Ze biedt diensten aan zoals opvang, gemeenschapscentra, hiv-preventie en -testen, juridische hulp, humanitaire hulp en psychologische ondersteuning in meerdere steden in Oekraïne, waarbij sommige diensten landelijk online beschikbaar zijn.
