Asociación Colectivo Violeta is een Hondurese organisatie die in 1985 is ontstaan als reactie op de hiv/aids-epidemie onder homoseksuele mannen. Het werkt aan de bestrijding van de epidemie en komt op voor de rechten van kwetsbare groepen, onder meer door samenwerking met het Secretariaat voor Mensenrechten.
