AusPATH is het nationale overkoepelende orgaan dat degenen vertegenwoordigt, ondersteunt en verbindt die werken aan het versterken van de gezondheid, rechten en het welzijn van alle trans personen, zowel binair als non-binair. Het biedt educatie, bevordert communicatie tussen gezondheidsprofessionals en onderhoudt een netwerk van ondersteunende dienstverleners. Het pleit ook voor transgezondheidszorg en publiceert zorgstandaarden en publieke verklaringen.
